We welcome you to the PQRS (Petitions, Complaints, Claims and Suggestions) a mechanism of the Investor Service Office, which is part of the Company's good corporate practices and the recommendations issued by the Financial Superintendency in the survey of the Code of Best Corporate Practices in Colombia, Código País (2014).

Through the PQRS service, you can send the following:

REQUEST
Express request submitted by the shareholder in order to obtain information or a response to concerns or needs of public, general or collective interest.

COMPLAINT
This is the manifestation of censorship, discontent, or nonconformity protest by the shareholder in connection with conduct that it considers to be irregular by one or more company officials.

CLAIM
Expression of shareholder dissatisfaction related to the provision of a service or delivery of a product that requires compensation in kind or in cash.

SUGGESTIONS
Any expression that aims to improve the service or management of the company, which object is related to the provision of the service or compliance, likewise, the shareholder may express his likes or satisfaction in relation to the processes, products, services or attention of the investor's office.
Dear Shareholder, prior to filling out your PQRS, it is important that you take into account the following recommendations:
● Clearly describe the request, complaint, claim or suggestion.
● Write the situation in a clear and precise way.
● Fill in the personal and contact information requested (your e-mail address is essential),
otherwise, the PQRS will not be processed.
● Anonymous PQRS will not be processed.
● You will receive a response to your PQRS within 15 working days.
