ACCESS, CONSULTATION, COMPLAINT AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

We welcome you to the PQRS service (Petitions, Complaints, Claims and Suggestions), a channel of attention to the owner of data to exercise their rights of access, correction, deletion or revocation of the processing of personal data.

Through the PQRS service, you can send the following:

REQUEST
Express request submitted by the owner of the data in order to obtain information or response in accordance with the rights and duties of the owner of the information.

COMPLAINT
It is the manifestation of protest, censure, dissatisfaction or disagreement formulated by the owner of the data in relation to a conduct that he/she considers irregular in the use of his/her personal data.

CLAIM
Expression of the data owner's dissatisfaction with the use of his or her personal data.

SUGGESTIONS
Any expression that aims to improve the service or management of the company, which purpose is related to the use of your personal data, also, the owner of the data may express their pleasure or satisfaction in relation to the use of your personal information.
The application must contain at least the following information:

● The name and address of the Data Owner or representative or any other means to receive the response to your request.
● Documents proving the identity or representation of the Holder of the personal data.
● Clear and precise description of the personal data and the facts that give rise to the claim.
● The documents that you wish to assert in the claim. (optional)
